Frequently asked questions

The questions practices ask us most, answered plainly.

We cover the core of the revenue cycle: eligibility checks, claim preparation and submission, payment posting, denial management, A/R follow-up, patient statements and reporting. You can hand us all of it or just the parts your team is short on.

Yes. We work inside your existing practice management system and clearinghouse, so there is nothing new for your staff to learn and no migration. We confirm the exact systems and access during onboarding.

Yes. We run a HIPAA compliance program with written policies, staff training and a risk analysis, and we sign a Business Associate Agreement with every client before we access any patient information. Access is role based and limited to what each person needs.

No. We would rather keep your business by doing the work well than by locking you in. The terms, including notice to end the engagement, are spelled out in plain language before you sign anything.

We start by learning how your practice runs today and where money is getting stuck. Then we set up secure access under a signed BAA, agree on scope and reporting, and take over the work in stages so your cash keeps moving during the switch.

We sort denials by reason and payer, then correct and resubmit or appeal the ones that can be won. When the same denial keeps coming back, we trace it to the source and tell you what to change upstream.

Most practices get a monthly report, with quick updates in between when something needs your attention. We agree on the schedule and the numbers you care about during onboarding.

Yes. Some practices hand us the full cycle. Others keep billing in-house and give us one stage, like denials or aging A/R. We shape the work around how your team is set up.

We work with U.S. medical practices and physician groups across a range of specialties. Not sure if you are a fit? A short assessment will tell you quickly, at no cost.

Pricing depends on your specialty, claim volume and which stages you hand to us, so we quote after a free assessment instead of guessing. Published EHR and SaaS tiers are listed on our Pricing page.
