Last updated: September 18, 2026
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Clinical Revenue Group LLC (“CRG”, “we”, “us” or “our”) handles information collected through this website at https://crgmdinc.com (the “Site”). It applies to this marketing Site only. Services provided to clients under an engagement are governed by the separate written agreements established with that client, not by this policy. By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
2. Information we collect
We collect only what you choose to provide, together with limited technical information:
- Information you submit through our forms: your name, work email and (optionally) phone number; your practice or organization, specialty and number of providers; the services you are interested in, your current billing arrangement and any message you send.
- Technical information collected automatically by our web servers, such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages and timestamps, used to operate, secure and troubleshoot the Site.
Please do not submit protected health information (PHI), such as patient names, dates of birth, insurance identifiers, claim numbers, medical records or diagnoses, through this Site. The Site is not intended for the transmission of PHI, and you should not use it for that purpose.
3. How we use your information
We use the information described above to:
- Respond to your enquiry and contact you about your request;
- Understand your needs so we can describe how our services may help;
- Operate, maintain, secure and improve the Site and our communications;
- Comply with applicable law and enforce our agreements.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. Why we process your information
We process the information you submit because you have chosen to provide it so that we can respond to you, and because we have a legitimate interest in operating this Site, communicating with prospective clients and keeping the Site secure. Where your consent is required by applicable law, we rely on the consent you provide when you submit a form, and you may withdraw it at any time by contacting us.
5. How your information is shared
We share your information only as needed to operate the Site and respond to you. Form submissions are delivered to CRG through third-party hosting and email-delivery providers that act as our service providers and are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information if required to do so by law, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect the rights, property or safety of CRG, our clients or others. We do not otherwise share the information you submit with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
6. Data retention
We retain enquiry information for as long as necessary to respond to and follow up on your request, and for a reasonable period afterward for our business records, security and legal compliance. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete or de-identify it, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect the information handled through this Site. See our Security & Compliance page for our general approach. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and rights
You may request to access, correct, update or delete the personal information you have submitted, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing info@crgmdinc.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws (for example, certain U.S. state privacy laws provide rights to know, delete, correct and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information). We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under those laws. We will respond to verifiable requests as required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
9. Children’s privacy
The Site is intended for business and professional audiences and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
10. Cookies and tracking
This Site is designed to work without advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies required for the Site to function and remain secure. If analytics or other non-essential technologies are added in the future, we will update this policy and provide any choices required by law.
11. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites or resources that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or security of those third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Site indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
